Purchases made through the iOS app are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system, and we do not receive your full payment card details.

b. Payment and Platform Providers

If you purchase a subscription through Apple's in-app purchase system, payment and transaction processing is handled by Apple. We may receive limited subscription or entitlement information needed to provide premium features.

c. Legal and Safety Disclosures

We may disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, enforce our terms, protect the safety or rights of Decorz, our users, or others, or detect, prevent, or respond to fraud, abuse, or security issues.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

We use third-party providers to support the Service. Depending on how you use Decorz, these providers may include:

  • Apple Sign In and other supported sign-in providers for authentication;
  • Firebase Authentication for account and authentication support;
  • Google Cloud services for hosting, storage, processing, and app infrastructure;
  • Google Vertex AI / Gemini for AI-assisted processing and generation;
  • Superwall for subscription and paywall-related functionality;
  • Apple In-App Purchases for subscription billing and transaction handling;
  • Firebase / Google Analytics for analytics and app measurement.

These providers may process information on our behalf in connection with the operation of the Service.

5. AI Features and User Content Processing

Decorz may use automated and AI-assisted systems to process user-submitted content, including room photos, prompts, and preferences, in order to generate visual results, recommendations, and related outputs.

By using these features, you understand that:

  • your submitted content may be processed by our systems and third-party AI service providers;
  • generated outputs may be stored in connection with your account or usage of the Service;
  • AI-generated results may be imperfect, incomplete, or inaccurate.

6. Device Permissions

Depending on your device and how you use the Service, Decorz may request permission to access certain device features, such as:

  • Camera, to capture photos within the app;
  • Photo Library, to upload or save images;
  • Notifications, to send you app-related updates or notices, if enabled.

You can manage device permissions through your device settings. If you deny certain permissions, some features of the Service may not function properly.

7. On-Device Storage

Some information may be stored locally on your device to support app functionality, performance, settings, or user experience. This may include cached data, preferences, generated content references, and other app-related information.

  • provide and maintain the Service;
